We are so excited to announce that we have been selected again to be a part of Outside's Best Places to Work list! Ranking number seventeen, this is our third year on the list. Desiree Voight, a BrainStorm employee, says this about the award, "Working for a company that values internal customers just as much external ones, seems like award enough, but Outside acknowledges what's involved in making a great place to work, and we're honored to make the Top 20 for the third year in a row."
We consider it such a privilege to be named among a group of top-tier companies, and we congratulate every single one on their accomplishments. We especially want to recognize the two other Utah businesses on the list, DPS Skis and Usana Health Sciences. Outside Magazine began their vetting process eight months ago as they searched for companies that encourage their employees to get outside and to also serve their community. For us, some of those opportunities have included tubing the Provo River, riding coasters at Lagoon, and playing indoor soccer, but also participating in regular service projects around our community. We make sure to find balance between company culture and work ethic, so we stay fresh for big jobs like saving end-users from mediocre software use.
Derek Adams, our VP of Technology says this about our culture, “Everyone spends way too many hours at work to not enjoy it. At BrainStorm, we create an environment where employees impact and steer the culture equally as much as they contribute to our industry-leading products. I’ve yet to hear an employee, previous or current, that doesn’t claim BrainStorm is the best company he or she has ever worked for. That is the best compliment we can receive and we are honored that our efforts are being recognized by Outside Magazine for a third straight year."
We know we have it good here at BrainStorm, and we are so honored to be recognized by Outside Magazine. Make sure to check out the full press release and the entire Outside’s Best Places to Work list.
