BrainStorm Honored as Gold Stevie® Award Winner in 2015 American Business Awards

Sal Lake City, UT – September 12, 2015 – BrainStorm, Inc. was presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Apps category in The 13th Annual American Business Awards last night.

The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners during a gala banquet on Friday, September 11 at the Julia Morgan Ballroom in San Francisco.  More than 250 nominees and their guests attended for the presentation of new product awards, management awards, app awards, and more.

This year’s American Business Awards were presented at two events.  Stevies for excellence in customer service, human resources, marketing, websites, publications, videos, management, and other disciplines were announced in Chicago in June.  Last night’s event focused on new product and technology-related categories, tech-related management, and select company/organization categories.

More than 3,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Tech Startup of the Year, Software Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. BrainStorm was nominated in the Apps category for Training.

BrainStorm was nominated for their comprehensive training application, QuickHelp. QuickHelp is a corporate-learning tool that brings training right to the users and helps them use their Microsoft software to the fullest. The application features thousands of short, consumable videos, customizable and assignable content, success metrics for administrators, and live monthly webinars. BrainStorm is thrilled to be honored with a Gold Stevie in the American Business Awards.

Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 200 executives nationwide who participated in the judging process.

“We are extremely impressed with the quality of the entries we received this year. The competition was intense and every organization that won should be proud,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “To those outstanding individuals and organizations that received Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Awards, the judges and I are honored to celebrate your many accomplishments. You are setting a high standard for professionals nationwide.”
