Opportunity

BrainStorm is currently recruiting a high-performing professional to join the Small, Medium, Corporate (SMC) team as Director of Business Development SMC. Our business starts with this team and their ability to navigate the national Microsoft ecosystem while having a constant pulse on the SMC space. Tasks will include cultivating Microsoft enthusiasm and understanding of the BrainStorm product offering. This role is a vital, and we need candidates with proven success in this arena! Primary responsibilities:

  • Building and cultivating key relationships within the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem.
  • Presenting to high-demand audiences and professionals.
  • Developing and identifying key SMC opportunities and programs within Microsoft.
  • Driving SMC lead generation strategy nationwide.
  • Preparing internal quarterly business reviews.
  • Attending important meetings and tradeshows.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Medical, dental, 401k and other benefits are included. The position is available in or around Redmond, WA.

Qualifications

Candidates should have the following attributes:

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of success in fields centered on sales, marketing, and demand gen.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a knack for developing lasting relationships including within the Microsoft and/or Partner ecosystem.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications and why they are relevant to a business professional.
  • Heart and soul is required.
